Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. This position is responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.

Lead, train, and manage front and back of house staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.

Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.

Assist with scheduling and payroll reporting.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Support marketing and promotional efforts as needed.

Take on any additional tasks required to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:

Prior restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic Restaurant Associates to join our team. Responsibilities will include a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house duties to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.

Take orders, prepare food, and manage POS transactions.

Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Support all areas of restaurant operations as needed.
Requirements:

No prior experience necessary – training provided.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Server positions require applicants to be at least 19 years old, in compliance with Indiana law regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.

Kitchen staff positions require applicants to be at least 18 years old due to the use of commercial kitchen equipment and job responsibilities restricted under labor laws.
